[[TEN THINGS ABOUT ME]]
1. I almost died when my parents brought me home from the hospital after I was born! Something was caught in my throat and I stopped breathing and turned blue. Thankfully, my grandmother (whose house we were staying at since my granddaddy had heart surgery) was a retired RN, so she was able to get me breathing again. Thanks Nanny for saving my life!

2. Of my family of 5, my mom and I were the only ones actually born in Texas (the same hospital too!) even though we all consider ourselves to be Texan :D

3. On a similar note, I lived in 5 different states and moved 6 times by the time I was 12.

4. Even though I am a middle child, I have never experienced anything like what is stereotyped for middle children.

5. Until I was about 7, my hair was white blonde and my eyebrows were so blonde, they were invisible until I was about 17. Also, my hair has changed texture about 4 times, getting progressively curlier every time. (And there was this awkward period where it was super coarse and I didn't know how to style it....)

6. I have had three dogs and three rats. We had Polly, Maggie, and Daisy, all of whom are unfortunately deceased now. And starting in college, I had Templeton, Fred, and George, and they have also passed away. At the moment, we are petless, but I plan to get a pair of female rats from my friendly neighborhood breeder (she doesn't really live in my neighborhood) at the end of the year.

7. I have a Morton's toe (technically two... since I have two feet!)

8. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and have developed some health issues that make it difficult to lose weight, but will go away when I do lose weight. It's a vicious cycle.

9. It took me 6 1/2 years to get my B.A because I changed my major once and had some health problems that interrupted me twice.

10. I'm a natural blonde ;) (although I do get highlights occasionally)

[[see03'S QUESTIONS TO ME]]

1. If you could have any job, without worrying about education, experience, location, what job would it be and why?

    -That's a tough one to answer. My dream job would probably be a professional writer, but that isn't out of the realm of possibility for me at the moment. Probably if I could have any job in the world, I would like to be an astronaut. I find space to be extremely fascinating and would love to experience it for myself.

2. If you could live anywhere in the world, without worrying about family, travel expenses, and language barriers, where would it be and why?

    -If nothing at all were to hold me back, I probably wouldn't stay in just one place. I would travel the world to go to all the places I have always wanted to see and keep a house in Texas, because I love it here! But I would probably not be at it very often since there are a LOT of places in the world I would love to visit.

3. What is your favourite kind of weather? Why?

    -I like when it is partially cloudy with a temp in the low 70s. The sun burns me super quickly, so I like to have the cloud cover, but any cooler temperature wise and the clouds make it cold enough that I have to wear long sleeves.

4. What is a skill you have that not many people know about?

    -I am really good at sight reading music (that's when you play straight through a piece of music without ever having seen it before) and actually quite good at learning new instruments. It's one of my greatest regrets that I have allowed my saxophone (alto!) skills to deteriorate. It's almost easier to learn something new than rebuild lost skills.

5. What is your greatest fear?

    -Probably all of my little fears combined into one... trapped in deep water in an enclosed space surrounded by a bunch of people. And I'm also pregnant.

6. What was your favourite cartoon/anime as a child? Do you still like it now?

    -Hm... I was a One Saturday Morning watcher... so it's kind of tied between Doug, Pinky and the Brain, Pepper Ann, and Recess... and yes... I still love all of them. :D

7. What is your guilty pleasure?

    -Boy's love and yaoi! :D My family has no idea!

8. How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

    -Roughly 1 metric chuck-tonne of wood.

9. What is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?

    -Magic.

10. You can place yourself inside any universe, be it book, movie, or TV show. Which universe would you place yourself in, what would be your race, and what would you do?

    -.... this is so difficult! I love so many fandoms... Um, I'm not sure which one I would want to live in, but I'd definitely make a pitstop in the Naruto-verse with Superman's powers so I could punch Sasuke's face in. Permanently.

Travelling all around the world would be awesome. I've numerous places I want to visit myself, so that would be a good thing to do if there were no boundaries holding you back.

Loved the show as a kid too! It was so awesome, and you really felt for Brain having to deal with Pinky, but at the same time Brain was a crazy motherfucker XD
